The Great gatsby 3

This week, I want to focus on American Dream, maybe some of you remember that we learned about this topic by Mr. Minato, in American Culture’s class. The American Dream refers to a shared set of ideals that guide the spirit of the United States. These shared ideals include a notion of freedom that ensures all American the possibility of upward social mobility, as long as they work for it. Every character in The Great Gatsby inspiration from the American dream’s promise of wealth and prosperity. At the same time, the novel itself critiques the notion of the American Dream. readers may end the novel wondering if the American dream is actually attainable at all. Gatsby suffers the most from the promise of social mobility inherent to American Dream. He spends his life believing that if he makes enough money and acquires enough procession. The next book I choose for my extensive reading is “The Great Gatsby”. This story was written by F.Scott Fitzgerald in 1925. This is a story about one rich but miserable man, Gatsby. And, this story represents the Americans dream. This is a concept of success in America. The people is 1900, tried to get their dream by making use of their opportunities also, they believe hard-working and making effort will read their success. The readers who dream own American dream was attached very much and this story became popular and popular. Do you know how famous this story is in many countries? This story is not just a novel. Many countries of course in Japan, make this to the movie or musical. And there are so many fans of this story. I didn’t read the whole of this book, but I may be a fan of it. This week, the story became deeper and more interesting and more complex. There were a lot of characters in this story so I was little confused some times. Now I’d like to introduce the main original characters. Great Gatsby    Mein character of this story. He is a fabulously wealthy young men living in a gothic mansion in west egg. He is famous for the lavish parties he throws every Saturday night, but no one knows where he comes from, what he does, or how he made his fortune. Nick This story’s narrator, Nick is a young man from Minnesota who after being educated at Yale and fighting in WWI goes to NY to learn the bound business. Honest tolerant, and inclined to reserve judgment, Nick often serves as a confident for those with troubling secrets. Daisy Nick’s cousin and the women Gatsby lives. As a young woman in Louisville before the war. Daisy was courted by a number of officers including Gatsby.
